A Tablet phone or now what is simply called as tablet, is a portable computer that is larger in size as compared to a mobile or a personal digital assistant and way smaller than what a laptop is. It comes with a touchscreen display and is fundamentally operated upon by the user through the touchscreen rather than a physical keyboard that comes with a PC or a Laptop. A tablet phone uses a virtual keyboard apart from a digital pen or a stylus pen. Currently the cheapest tablet in India is Datawind UbiSlate 7Ri priced at Rs.2,999.
