HTC Mobile Phones
HTC, previously known as High Tech Computer Corporation, is a smartphone and tablet manufacturer based out of Taiwan. The company came into being in 1997, with its founders as Cher Wang, HT Cho, and Peter Chou. HTC ventured into designing and manufacturing of mobile phones in 1998; however, initially, the company was manufacturing notebooks only. Also, the company based its first few smartphones on Windows mobile OS. It was only in 2009 that HTC started advancing to Android and by 2010 it started using Windows Phone OS.
Features of HTC mobile phones
HTC provided many smartphones to its users, with the lowest of it being HTC SHADOW, for a mere Rs.3,974. HTC phones are supposedly those high class, sensitive smartphones. With WiFi, smooth Internet, etc. as the key features. Almost all the HTC smartphones either are Android or Windows phones. Complying to the demands of its users, HTC has lots of touch phones, with just one touch-and -type phone, HTC ChaCha coming at Rs. 11,230 only. Few business phones from HTC are from the recently launched One series, One S and One X, which are rated at Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 34,000, respectively. Also there is HTC Desire C, which is an amazingly small phone full of all the desired features, at just Rs. 14,300. HTC phones give a high class shooting feature with around 5 megapixels camera. For music, the phone uses Beats Audio.
HTC operating systems
HTC phones work on either on Android or Windows. The Android phones are generally based on Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4. Popular HTC smartphones include HTC Desire C, HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio coming for Rs. 34,499; to go on to the lower end, HTC Explorer is one of the cheap HTC phones, comfortably Rs. 8,000. HTC also has HTC Radar, which is platformed at Windows Phone OS 7.5, and is available for Rs. 17,276.

One phone that can be confidently counted as the best HTC mobile is HTC Wildfire, which is being sold for Rs. 9,000. Others that are doing well are HTC Incredible S that comes for Rs. 19,599 and HTC Desire S for Rs. 15,990.
Latest HTC mobiles price in India
HTC keep launching its supermodels every now and then. The latest to be launched are HTC One S, which costs Rs. 28,000 and HTC One X that would make you fall short of Rs. 34,000 but will prove totally worth it. The other one is HTC Sense, which claims to enhance user’s experience, is available for Rs.
Compare HTC mobiles
The kind of features that HTC integrates its phones with, it is easily comparable to Samsung. Flagship model, HTC Sensation, a dual core phone fights pretty strong with Samsung Galaxy S2. The same model can be well compared to LG Optimus 2 and also with iPhone 4. HTC Wildfire and Samsung Galaxy Ace are also easily comparable.
